3 pounds red potatoes, halved

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/3 c grated-Parmesan-cheese

Kosher salt & freshly black-pepper, to flavor

2 tsp un-salted butter

2 tsp chop parsley-leaves
Directions :

Turn your oven to 400 degrees F and get your baking sheet ready by spraying it with non-stick spray or greasing it with a layer of oil.

In a bowl, cut the potatoes in half.

Then, add the olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil, and Parmesan.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to your taste, mix everything together and arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in an even layer.

Then, arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in an even layer. Place the potatoes peel side up.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway to ensure they become golden brown.

Melt the butter either on the stove or in the microwave for 1 minute before serving.
