- 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ½ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and spread this mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
