- Sugar 2 cups

- Pinch of salt
For cream cheese frosting:
- Butter unsalted half cup
- Cream cheese 8 oz
- Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
- Coconut for garnish Optional but it tastes so well so give it a try
- Confectioners’ sugar 1 and a half cup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Combine Cake Ingredients
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all the cake ingredients.
Step 3: Prepare the Cake Pan
- Grease a cake pan and transfer the cake mixture into it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the cake takes on a golden brown color.
Step 4: Prepare the Cream Cheese Frosting
- Using a beater, blend the cream cheese, vanilla essence, and butter.
- Gradually add sugar while the mixture continues to be beaten, until you have a delicious cream cheese frosting.
