Fried S’mores Bombs
Ingredients:

- 12 large marshmallows
- 6 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 12 chocolate squares or chocolate chips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Optional toppings: powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, whipped cream
Instructions:

- Flatten each marshmallow with the palm of your hand.
- Place a chocolate square or a few chocolate chips in the center of each flattened marshmallow.
- Roll each marshmallow in the crushed graham crackers, ensuring even coating.
- Freeze the coated marshmallows for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Prepare a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dip each frozen marshmallow in the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally the breadcrumbs, ensuring thorough coating.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place the coated marshmallows in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the Fried S’mores Bombs from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve the Fried S’mores Bombs immediately, dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with chocolate sauce, if desired. Enjoy while warm and gooey!
