Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • 4 mozzarella string cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

For dipping

  • pizza sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place 4 slices of pepperoni along the wide part of each crescent dough triangle. Then, place half of a string cheese in the center of the pepperoni and roll the dough up as you normally would. Repeat this process with the remaining pieces of dough.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave. Finely mince the garlic and stir it into the melted butter along with the dried parsley and onion powder.
  • Spoon the garlic butter mixture over the crescent rolls.
  • Bake the pizza rolls in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Serve the pizza rolls hot, accompanied by warm pizza sauce for dipping.
