Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place 4 slices of pepperoni along the wide part of each crescent dough triangle. Then, place half of a string cheese in the center of the pepperoni and roll the dough up as you normally would. Repeat this process with the remaining pieces of dough.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Finely mince the garlic and stir it into the melted butter along with the dried parsley and onion powder.
Spoon the garlic butter mixture over the crescent rolls.
Bake the pizza rolls in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serve the pizza rolls hot, accompanied by warm pizza sauce for dipping.
