INGREDIENTS:
- 3 medium yukon gold potatoes diced
- 2 c. fresh green beans cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb chicken breasts pounded to 1/2” thickness
- 1/2 c. butter
- .7 oz package dry Italian dressing mix
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Start by cutting the green beans into smaller pieces.
- Line one side of the baking pan with the cut green beans.
- Next, cut the potatoes into pieces and arrange them along the opposite side of the pan.
- Place the chicken breasts down the middle of the baking dish.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute them over the green beans, potatoes, and chicken.
- Sprinkle Italian dressing evenly over the entire pan.
- Cover the pan with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
