INGREDIENTS:

Donuts:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream Filling:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Chocolate Glaze:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini donut pan.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients 2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients 3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients 4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Step 5: Fill Donut Pan 5. Carefully spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each well about 2/3 full.
