Ingredients :
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
Directions :
- Place the frozen pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Put in a gallon-sized bag and let freeze for 1 hour or until it reaches desired consistency.
- Scoop the mixture into a cup and pour pineapple juice on top to make it a float!
