Ingredients
- 3 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz tube of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and well combined.
- Separate the canned crescent rolls into 8 triangles along the perforated seams.
- Place a triangle of dough on a clean, flat surface with the short, wide end facing you and the long triangle pointing away.
- Spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture across the bottom third of the dough triangle.
- Top the cream cheese mixture with two rows of fresh blueberries.
- Carefully roll the dough forward, starting from the end closest to you, all the way to the tip of the triangle, forming a roll.
- Place the finished roll onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and repeat the process with the remaining dough, cream cheese mixture, and blueberries to create a total of 8 rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
