  2. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry and cut it into strips using a pizza cutter.
  3. Take the apple rings and wrap each ring with a strip of puff pastry to create a flower-like shape.
  4. Place the assembled apple rose pastries on a baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the egg to create an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the tops of the pastry.
  6. Sprinkle sugar over the pastry for a sweet finish.
