cinnamon roll casserole

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut up the cinnamon rolls into small pieces and arrange them in the prepared pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Drizzle maple syrup over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes or until the dish is puffed up and golden.
  7. Meanwhile, microwave the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and drizzle the warm icing over the top.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
