RECIPE :
cinnamon roll casserole
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cans Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
- ½ cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
- Cut up the cinnamon rolls into small pieces and arrange them in the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring they are well coated.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the top.
- Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes or until the dish is puffed up and golden.
- Meanwhile, microwave the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and drizzle the warm icing over the top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
