Ingredients
- - 2 pounds haddock fillets
- - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- - 1 tablespoon butter cut into small pieces
- - 1 lemon cut into wedges
Instructions
- Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Arrange haddock fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle seasoning over fish, then dot with butter.
- Broil in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
