Ingredients
  

  • - 2 pounds haddock fillets
  • - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • - 1 tablespoon butter cut into small pieces
  • - 1 lemon cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Arrange haddock fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle seasoning over fish, then dot with butter.
  • Broil in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!

Notes

- Adjust seasoning according to personal preference, adding more or less cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
- Ensure the haddock fillets are evenly spaced on the baking sheet for even cooking.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
