Hot peach cobbler right out of the oven!

I looked for a peach cobbler recipe like the one I had as a kid in Southeast Missouri. No cheating with store-bought stuff. It needs fresh peaches and homemade crust, but it’s totally worth it! It tastes amazing warm with vanilla ice cream. And trust me, there’s never any leftovers!

Peach season is the best time of the year, right? I love going to farms where you can pick your own peaches or buying a big box from a local seller. I could eat peaches all day! I have lots of favorite peach recipes I make each season, starting with my homemade Peach freezer jam.

This peach cobbler recipe is from my mom, and we loved it growing up! The best part is, it only takes 5 minutes to put together! My mom usually used a jar of homemade canned peaches, but you can also use fresh ones!

This Southern dessert is always a hit, especially when it’s warm and you add some ice cream. It’s perfect for holidays, family dinners, or picnics with friends. And it serves a bunch of people, so it’s great for sharing!
