RECIPE :
GREEK SPINACH AND CHEESE QUICHE SQUARES
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large eggs, beaten well
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 16 ounces baby spinach, frozen and thawed, squeezee dry
- 2 cups crumbled Feta Cheese with oregano and sun dried tomatoes, with black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp minced onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
FIRST STEP:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them well.
SECOND STEP:
- Brush melted butter on the inside bottom and sides of a 9-inch square baking pan.
- Add flour, milk, and baking powder to the eggs and mix thoroughly.
THIRD STEP:
- Stir in the spinach, onion, and cheeses.
- Carefully spoon the mixture into the prepared pan.
FOURTH STEP:
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Let it set for 15 minutes on the stovetop.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
