  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz. whipped topping divided
  • 2 small boxes cheesecake flavored pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, finely chopped pecans, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cheesecake pudding mix, milk, and 1 cup of whipped topping. Mix until smooth.
  • Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer in the pan.
  • Spoon the Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling over the pudding layer, spreading it out evenly.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  • Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
