RECIPE :
Taco Bell Mexican Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- 8 taco size flour tortillas
- 1 (15 oz) can refried beans
- 1 (10 oz) can red enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
FOR TOPPING:
- Tomatoes, diced
- Green onion, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess grease, and add taco seasoning with 1 cup of water. Simmer until the liquid reduces.
- In another skillet, heat vegetable oil and crisp up tortillas one by one.
- Spread refried beans on 4 tortillas, top with ground beef, cover with remaining tortillas, and spread enchilada sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes.
- Top with tomatoes and green onions before serving. Enjoy!
