Sliced baked zucchini
Ingredients:
- 4 medium zucchini
- Olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Oregano
- Basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation Method:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Prepare the Zucchini: Wash the zucchini and slice them into thin rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick, ensuring uniformity.
- Coat with Olive Oil: In a bowl, gently toss the zucchini slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Prepare the Coating Mixture: In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, oregano, basil, and minced garlic.
