Crispy cheese potato sticks
Ingredients:
- 3 Potatoes
- Salt
- Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Garlic
- Hot Peppers (Optional), Chopped
Preparation Method:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin sticks, aiming for uniform size.
- Season the Potato Sticks: Transfer the sliced potatoes to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle salt over them and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Add the Cheese and Garlic: Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and dried garlic over the seasoned potato sticks. Toss gently to distribute evenly.
- Optional: Add Hot Peppers: If desired, incorporate chopped hot peppers for extra heat. Toss gently to integrate.
- Bake Until Crispy and Golden: Arrange the seasoned potato sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish and Serve: Once crispy, transfer the potato sticks to a serving platter. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
