4. Baked Kale Chips
No excuses to not take part in this delicious snack. Toss some chopped kale with some olive oil, and bake on low for 15 mins until they are crispy. Its simple and they retain all their nutritional value. Low in calories, this snack tastes great and extremely beneficial. Kale is rich in beta-carotene. The National Eye Institute found that beta-carotene reduced macular degeneration.
