- Potatoes: Scrub the potatoes clean. Slice off the ends and discard. Cut the potatoes into ¼-inch slices.
- While the potato slices are still damp, add 5 to 6 slices to the breading mixture in the Ziploc bag. Shake to coat. Place on parchment paper or a large baking pan. Repeat with all potato slices.
- Dip 5 to 6 coated potatoes in the egg white and milk mixture, then put back into the breading mixture. Shake to coat again. Place on parchment paper or baking pan. Repeat with all potato slices.
