  • - 1 package 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • - 1/4 cup butter softened
  • - 1/4 cup strawberry puree
  • - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  • Chill a large glass or metal bowl and the beaters from an electric mixer for 30 minutes.
  • In the chilled bowl, beat heavy cream with the electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.

  • Stir in strawberry puree and vanilla extract. Add confectioners' sugar and mix until well-blended.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.

Notes

- Ensure cream cheese and butter are softened for smooth blending.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less confectioners' sugar according to taste preference.
- Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use, allowing it to come to room temperature before frosting.
