Ingredients
  

  • - 1 pound uncooked spicy sausage
  • - 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies drained (10 ounces)
  • - 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • - 1.5 cups Bisquick mix
  • - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, Bisquick mix, and shredded Mexican cheese blend. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape mixture into bite-sized balls, roughly 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. These Spicy Sausage Ball Bites are perfect as appetizers or party snacks.

Notes

Adjust the spiciness of the sausage to suit your taste preferences. These bites can be made ahead and reheated in the oven before serving.
