Ingredients
  

  • - 1 Graham cracker crust
  • - 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • - 1 cup Peanut butter
  • - 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • - 1 tub Non-Dairy whipped topping

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl with paddle attachment, cream together cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat on medium-high speed for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in half of the non-dairy whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour peanut butter filling into graham cracker crust, spreading evenly to edges.
  5. Top filling with remaining whipped topping.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

- Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
- Adjust sweetness by varying amount of powdered sugar.
- Customize with chocolate drizzle or peanut butter cups as garnish.
