- In a bowl, whisk together paprika, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, basil, and brown sugar until well blended.
- Add shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning once.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate and place it about 4 inches from the heat source.
- Remove shrimp from marinade, draining excess, and discard marinade.
- Place shrimp on the preheated grill and cook, turning once, until opaque in the center, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
