Method
 

  1. Prepare Marinade:
  2. - Mince garlic and rosemary. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Marinate Steak:
  4. - Pour marinade into zip-lock bag. Add steak, ensuring it's well-coated. Refrigerate 6 hours for flavors to meld.
  5. Cook:
  6. - Remove steak from marinade, pat dry. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak to desired doneness, ensuring crispy exterior and flavorful interior.
