- Cook pasta slightly al dente according to package directions. Drain well.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with butter and garlic.
- Sprinkle pasta with herbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss again to combine.
- If pasta becomes too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of reserved pasta water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve promptly for best results.
