Preparation
- Cook the macaroni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the pot, and mix in the milk.
- Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, salt, pepper, and optional garlic and onion powder.
- Continue stirring over medium heat until the cheese is completely melted and the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
