  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Notes

Store leftover creamed chipped beef in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave before serving. Optionally add cooked vegetables like peas or mushrooms for a heartier dish.
