  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • CINNAMON PULL-APARTS:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 teaspoons heavy whipping cream

Equipment

  • 8x8-inch metal baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowls

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line an 8x8-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang for easy removal.
  2. Prepare crumble topping by mixing flour, sugars, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
  3. Cut pizza dough into small pieces, roll into balls.
  4. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Place melted butter in another bowl.
  5. Coat dough balls in butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Arrange coated dough balls in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle crumble topping over the dough balls.
  8. Bake for 23-26 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving plate.
  9. Meanwhile, prepare cream cheese frosting by beating butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, and heavy cream, beat until smooth and pipeable.
  10. Pipe frosting onto cooled cinnamon pull-aparts in a criss-cross pattern.
