Ingredients
  

  • CRUMBLE TOPPING:
  • tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • CINNAMON PULL-APARTS:
  • 1 pound fresh pizza dough cut into 1-inch pieces and rolled into balls
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 teaspoons heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line an 8x8-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang for easy removal.
  • Prepare crumble topping by mixing flour, sugars, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
  • Cut pizza dough into small pieces, roll into balls.
  • Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Place melted butter in another bowl.
  • Coat dough balls in butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Arrange coated dough balls in the prepared baking pan.
  • Sprinkle crumble topping over the dough balls.
  • Bake for 23-26 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving plate.
  • Meanwhile, prepare cream cheese frosting by beating butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, and heavy cream, beat until smooth and pipeable.
  • Pipe frosting onto cooled cinnamon pull-aparts in a criss-cross pattern.
