Ingredients

Fries
  • 4 large Russet Potatoes (scrubbed and cut into fries)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
  • to taste Garlic (minced)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cut fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss them well to ensure every fry is evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Spread your seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through to achieve that golden, crispy texture.
Topping
  1. While the fries bake, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped parsley, and minced garlic in a separate bowl.
  2. Once your fries are out of the oven, sprinkle the Parmesan blend over them while they’re still hot. Toss gently so each fry gets a touch of melting cheese. Serve immediately to enjoy the flavors at their peak!

Notes

Best served hot and fresh from the oven. Pair with a creamy dipping sauce like ranch or garlic aioli for an extra touch of indulgence. Leftover fries can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 10 minutes.
