Apple Pie Egg Rolls
Crispy egg rolls filled with sweet apple pie filling, coated in cinnamon sugar, perfect with caramel dip.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 7 egg roll wrappers
- 21 ounces apple pie filling
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Caramel sauce for dipping
- Vegetable oil or canola oil for frying
Instructions
- Whisk water and flour in a small bowl, set aside.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper, place ⅓ cup apple pie filling on the bottom third.
- Fold bottom corner over filling, seal edges with flour mixture.
- Fold both edges over filling, then fold top corner down. Roll tightly into a log.
- Heat oil to 350°F, fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, flipping often.
- Drain excess oil, coat in cinnamon sugar mixture, then place on wire rack.
- Repeat frying process for remaining egg rolls, serve warm with caramel sauce.
