Mexican Street Corn


– 1/2 cup mayo
– 1/3 cup sour cream
– Juice of a lime
– 1 teaspoon Ancho Chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
– 1/2 cup Cotija
– Pinch of sea salt
– Pinch of fresh cracked pepper


1. Combine in a bowl mayo, sour cream, ancho chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and lime juice
2. Cook you corn then brush on the sauce and sprinkle with cotija cheese, garnish with dried parsley and ancho chili powder
