- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line the base of a 23 x 33cm / 13 x 9" pan with paper.
- Mix the butter ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cut the slab of rolls in half horizontally. Spread both the base and lid with 1/3 cup mustard.
- Place the bottom half in the pan. Cover it with ham, then cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and place the top half on. Pour or spoon over the butter mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil, pierce the intersections of the rolls, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes or until the top is crusty.
