- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and spices.
- Whisk the marinade ingredients together until smooth.
- Add the chicken cutlets to the marinade, making sure they’re evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
Cooking
- When ready to cook, let the chicken sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- For Pan Frying: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- For Air Frying: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook chicken for about 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For Baking: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
