- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until it’s smooth.
- Add the cereal to the melted chocolate, stirring gently to coat all the pieces evenly.
- Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries carefully.
- Transfer the chocolate-coated cereal onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cereal and toss it gently to coat.
- Allow the mixture to cool and harden before breaking it into clusters.
