Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 24 oz white chocolate melting wafers Use Ghirardelli or white almond bark.
  • 8 cups pretzels, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup peppermint candy or crushed candy canes
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted Use semi-sweet or milk chocolate.
  • to taste extra crushed candy cane for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate melting wafers in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes on 50% power, stirring gently. Continue microwaving in 30-second increments until completely melted and smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the crushed pretzels and crushed peppermint candy together.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the pretzel mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Drop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, shaping them into mounds with a plastic knife or spoon if needed.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate chips over each mound, then sprinkle with extra crushed peppermint.
  7. Allow the bites to set up completely before serving.

Notes
