Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g white chocolate Use quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon butter Unsalted butter is preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence Can be substituted with almond extract for variation.
  • 1 tin caramel condensed milk Approximately 397g.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate with the butter and vanilla essence over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
  • Once melted, add the caramel condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  • Cook the mixture for around 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • After the cooking time is up, pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate it overnight.
  • Once it has set, cut the fudge into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, place a tea towel under the lid while cooking to avoid moisture buildup. The fudge can last for about 1 to 2 weeks in the fridge. If you want to keep it longer, you can freeze it. Just make sure to wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and place it in a freezer-safe container.
