- In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate with the butter and vanilla essence over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- Once melted, add the caramel condensed milk and mix until smooth.
- Cook the mixture for around 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- After the cooking time is up, pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate it overnight.
- Once it has set, cut the fudge into pieces and enjoy.

Notes
