- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix gently until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, transfer the patties to a plate and allow them to rest for a few minutes.
