  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped Can substitute with kale.
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese Mozzarella or gouda can be used for variation.
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Olive oil, for cooking To prevent sticking.
  • 4 pieces burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese Customize per taste.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix gently until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Once cooked, transfer the patties to a plate and allow them to rest for a few minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the patties on burger buns with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
