  • 400 g seedless watermelon, chilled Slice into thin strips.
For the Avocado-Wasabi Cream
  • 1 ripe avocado Use a very ripe avocado for the best creaminess.
  • 1-2 teaspoons wasabi paste Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • to taste Salt
For Garnish
  • Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • Microgreens or herbs Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the chilled seedless watermelon into thin strips to resemble sashimi.
  2. In a blender, combine the avocado, wasabi paste, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serving
  1. Plate the watermelon slices elegantly, and drizzle or dollop the avocado-wasabi cream on top.
  2. Garnish with sesame seeds and microgreens or herbs if desired.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
