Preparation
- Start with the watermelon and cucumbers, ensuring they are fresh.
- Slice off the rind of the watermelon, then cut the flesh into 32 one-inch cubes.
- Create 32 very thin cucumber slices.
- Slice the block of feta in half lengthwise to get 16 cubes, letting the cheese sit out for a few minutes to avoid crumbling.
Assembly
- Layer a mint leaf, followed by a watermelon cube, a cucumber slice, and skewer the feta. Top with another cucumber slice, a final cube of watermelon, and finish with another mint leaf.
- Place all assembled skewers on a platter.
Finishing Touch
- Just before serving, sprinkle with Tajín and leave some out for guests to add more if desired.
