Ingredients

For the Oreo Pops
  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened to room temperature) Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • 16 oz white chocolate melts
  • 12 pieces lollipop sticks
  • 1/2 cup red and pink sprinkles Feel free to swap for different themes.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a plastic bag and rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the cream cheese until the mixture is well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and insert a lollipop stick into each ball.
  4. Place the Oreo balls on a baking tray and freeze them for about 15 minutes until firm.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short intervals to avoid burning.
Dipping and Decorating
  1. Once firm, dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off.
  2. Before the chocolate sets, decorate with the red and pink sprinkles for that extra Valentine’s touch.
  3. Place the decorated pops on parchment paper and allow the chocolate to harden completely.
Serving
  1. Serve these delightful pops or package them as a thoughtful Valentine’s Day gift.
