  • 8.5 ounces Nutella Weigh it out on a digital scale for accuracy.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and thoroughly grease a springform pan with shortening.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs on high speed until they triple in volume, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Weigh out the Nutella and warm it in the microwave for about 20 seconds to soften.
Mixing
  1. Gently fold 1/3 of the egg mixture into the Nutella until well combined, eliminating streaks.
  2. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture, folding gently until fully blended.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the cake to cool completely to room temperature before removing from the pan.
