Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and thoroughly grease a springform pan with shortening.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs on high speed until they triple in volume, about 8-10 minutes.
- Weigh out the Nutella and warm it in the microwave for about 20 seconds to soften.
Mixing
- Gently fold 1/3 of the egg mixture into the Nutella until well combined, eliminating streaks.
- Repeat with the remaining egg mixture, folding gently until fully blended.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely to room temperature before removing from the pan.
