Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Prepare the stuffing according to package directions and let it cool slightly.
- Lay a turkey slice flat on a cutting board. Spoon about 1/4 cup of stuffing onto one end of the slice, spreading it into a narrow log but leaving a 1/2-inch border at the edges.
- Roll the turkey around the stuffing tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared dish. Repeat with remaining slices.
- Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the loosened cranberry sauce over each roll-up, or dollop it down the center of the dish for family-style serving.
- Pour the prepared turkey gravy evenly over the roll-ups.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until gravy is bubbling and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator. For a vegetarian option, use large roasted eggplant or portobello caps instead of turkey.
