Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8 slices thick slices deli turkey Thick slices help hold the stuffing better.
  • 2 cups Stove Top stuffing, prepared Mix in extra sautéed onions, celery, or herbs for more flavor.
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce Stir gently to loosen before using.
  • 1 cup prepared turkey gravy Jarred or homemade — pour evenly over the roll-ups.
  • to taste fresh parsley or herbs for garnish Optional.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Prepare the stuffing according to package directions and let it cool slightly.
  3. Lay a turkey slice flat on a cutting board. Spoon about 1/4 cup of stuffing onto one end of the slice, spreading it into a narrow log but leaving a 1/2-inch border at the edges.
  4. Roll the turkey around the stuffing tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared dish. Repeat with remaining slices.
  5. Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the loosened cranberry sauce over each roll-up, or dollop it down the center of the dish for family-style serving.
  6. Pour the prepared turkey gravy evenly over the roll-ups.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until gravy is bubbling and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
