Preparation

- Pour in the boiling water and mix until just combined.
Assembly and Baking
- Pour the berry mixture into the prepared baking dish, then spread the batter over the top.
- Sprinkle the final teaspoon of sugar over the batter before placing the dish in the oven.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
