Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the egg noodles or dumplings according to the package instructions, then drain them well.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until it's crispy and fragrant.
  3. Remove the bacon from the skillet, leaving the delicious drippings behind.
  4. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onions become translucent.
  5. Stir in the chopped cabbage, cooking it down until it wilts and softens.
  6. Return the cooked noodles or dumplings to the skillet.
  7. Toss everything together with the crispy bacon and butter. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
