Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil and rub on the minced garlic.
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place two tomato slices on top of each fillet, then add a generous sprinkle of cheese.
Cooking
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until it flakes easily and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes
