- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour and Parmesan in a mixing bowl, ensuring they are well blended.
- Add the egg and mix until a dough forms. If using garlic powder or herbs, fold those into the mixture as well.
- Scoop small portions of the dough and shape them into round discs (about 1-2 inches in diameter) on the prepared baking sheet. Leave a little space in between each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Cool down on a wire rack before enjoying. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
