  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup canned green chilies
  • 1/2 cup black beans Can be swapped with corn for a sweeter taste.
  • 1 tsp cumin Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tsp chili powder Add more for extra spiciness.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  2. Add minced garlic, diced green onions, diced tomatoes, canned green chilies, and black beans to the cheese mixture.
  3. Season the dip with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional toppings like fresh cilantro or sliced jalapeños.
